PromptKit Privacy Policy

AI Foundry (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you join the PromptKit waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect
- Name - collected when you complete the waitlist form so we can personalize emails.
- Email address - collected when you complete the waitlist form so we can (i) send the invitation to try PromptKit and (ii) deliver your personal “magic-link” login when PromptKit launches.

We do not collect any other personal data. We do not track you across the web, place marketing cookies, or use analytics services that identify you.

2. How We Use Your Information
- Waitlist updates - We'll send occasional emails about PromptKit's progress, early-access opportunities, and launch timelines.
- Account access - When PromptKit is ready, you'll receive a unique, one-time login link so you can get started without creating a password.

3. What We Never Do
- No Selling or Sharing. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
- No Unrelated Emails. You will only receive messages related to PromptKit's waitlist, launch, or product improvements.

4. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to store your name and email address, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage for all data at rest
- Access controls that limit data to trained, authorized personnel only

5. Your Choices & Rights
- Opt-Out at Any Time. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “unsubscribe” and we'll remove you from all future communications.
- Delete Your Data. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Delete My Data” and we'll erase your information from our systems within 30 days (often much sooner).

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We honor all valid requests to access, correct, or delete personal data.

6. Children's Privacy
PromptKit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy
If we ever need to collect more data or use it for different reasons, we will:
(1) Post the revised policy here with a new “Last updated” date, and
(2) Email everyone on the waitlist at least 10 days before the change takes effect.
